Police say armed robbers had tied up Voula family
Police revealed on Wednesday that four armed men forced their way into a home in Voula, southern Athens, on Monday night and held a family hostage.
The robbers tied up the couple that lived at the property, as well as their children.
They took an unspecified amount of cash from the home and the family’s car.
The man suffered slight facial injuries but nobody else was hurt.
