Thessaloniki wife killer jailed for life
A 59-year-old man was sentenced to life in prison on Wednesday for the murder of his wife in Thessaloniki.
The man stabbed to death the 60-year-old woman after a bout of heavy drinking last December.
He told the court that he regretted his actions but judges imposed a full life term despite his apparent remorse.
