Deutsche Welle director named Commander of the Order of the Phoenix
Greek President Karolos Papoulias named Deutsche Welle Director General Peter Limbourg, 55, Commander of the Order of the Phoenix last Friday.
Limbourg spent part of his childhood in Athens, where his father served as German ambassador before being expelled by the military dictatorship.
