National First Aid Center (EKAB) employees held a demonstration outside the Health Ministry and then marched to the Finance Ministry in central Athens yesterday to press their demand for more pay and to have their profession recognized as hazardous. Their rolling strikes are to continue until Saturday. Having their job classified as hazardous would mean more subsidies and earlier retirement.
