Appeal for mobile phone mast to be removed from near school heard
Parents and teachers at a primary school in Rethymno have won their battle to have a mobile phone mast placed on the roof of a building next to the school taken down.
A local court accepted their argument that the mast was a potential threat to children’s health and ordered it to be taken down.
The company that put up the mast and the owner of the apartment on which it has been installed have appealed the decision.
