Christodoulos Xeros to face judge over prison escape on Friday
November 17 terrorist Christodoulos Xeros appeared in court in Athens on Monday to give evidence regarding his failure to return from a prison furlough last year.
The judge adjourned the hearing until Friday, when Xeros will answer questions.
Xeros is being held at a prison in Crete since being recaptured in January but will now be kept in custody at police headquarters in Athens until appearing before special magistrate Eftychis Nikopoulos.
