Fugitive caught in Giannitsa

A 37-year-old fugitive who had violated his furlough terms in late May was arrested in Giannitsa, northern Greece, on Saturday.

The suspect was serving a life sentence for murder at Alikarnassos Prison in Iraklio, Crete.
