Man arrested over forged documents

A 48-year-old man from Bangladesh was arrested on Thursday and charged over allegedly making and selling forged identification and travel documents in the area of Kaminia, a suburb of Piraeus.
According to initial reports, the man is believed to have provided forged documents to undocumented refugees and migrants wishing to reside in Greece or travel to other EU countries. Prices for the papers allegedly ranged between 1,000 and 2,500 euros, police believe.
The suspect had been previously detained over similar charges, authorities said.
