Three sought in Nea Erythrea burglary
Police in northern Athens on Friday widened their search for the three burglars who tied up a surgeon at his home in the affluent suburb of Nea Erythrea on Wednesday night before grabbing cash and valuables.
The perpetrators also took a portable safe which, however, was empty, according to the surgeon.
The intruders entered the home of the 68-year-old, a foreign national, by breaking into his balcony door, according to police.
