Thessaloniki bus drivers threaten to resume strike

Bus drivers in Thessaloniki, in northern Greece, have threatened to resume strike action in protest at payment delays.

The president of the OASTH workers’ union, Dimitris Tsermenidis, warned that drivers will walk off the job unless payments are made by October 12.

“We have no other means to claim unpaid work time,” he said.
