Prosecutor to probe second stray bullet incident in Menidi
Less than two weeks after an 11-year-old boy died from a stray bullet fired during a party in Menidi, north of Athens, a prosecutor is to probe a similar incident in which a bullet nearly hit a 14-year-old girl on the balcony of her home.
The prosecutor, Giorgos Noulis, is to supervise an investigation into how a bullet flew over the head of the girl while she was sitting on the balcony with her grandmother and aunt on Sunday afternoon.
According to the aunt, the bullet just missed the girl, striking the wall behind her.
