How will you deal with the issue of foreign university branches in Greece? The 1989 EU directive on this issue is in the process of being amended. It will be read in the European Parliament for the second time, then come before the Council of Ministers. There, the ministers will consult (decisions are unanimous and not based on a majority vote) on how to deal with the issue of professional recognition (of degrees issued by foreign universities). This doesn’t involve recognition of degrees, but professional rights.
