Top court overrules objections to crematorium in Eleonas
The Council of State, Greece’s top administrative court, rejected two injunctions against the creation of a crematorium in the district of Eleonas, west Attica, in two separate rulings announced on Friday.
The junctions were filed by local residents claiming that the relevant ministerial decision determining the location was illegal and property owners in the area who claimed the plan violated urban planning rules.
