International AIDS awareness…

Dozens of candles form a red bow, the international AIDS awareness badge, in central Thessaloniki’s Aristotelous Square yesterday as local prefectural authorities marked World AIDS Day. According to health officials, a total of 1,404 people have succumbed to the disease in Greece since 1981. New outbreaks have stabilized to well below the EU mean.
