A man walks by a PRO-PO betting shop in Athens yesterday which was closed because of a strike. Betting shop owners are demanding a larger commission from betting operator OPAP and have asked for their equipment to be updated. They chose to strike yesterday, on the same day as the soccer World Cup final in Germany between Italy and France, so their protest would have an increased impact.
