Monday Prime Minister Costas Karamanlis to meet with his Finnish counterpart Matti Vanhanen in Helsinki, where he will be attending the Asia-Europe Meeting (ASEM). Karamanlis will attend talks among heads of state and government in the afternoon before returning to Greece. Transport Minister Michalis Liapis to meet with his Chinese counterpart Li Shenglin. The two ministers met last week in Beijing to discuss cross-continental network delivery. They are expected to sign a cooperation memorandum.
