What the traffic code says

The traffic code bans all outdoor advertising along national and provincial main roads within a distance of 150 meters from either side of the road surface in uninhabited areas. In inhabited areas, where the speed limit is 70 km/h, advertisements are allowed 40 meters from the road. It is strictly forbidden to erect billboards less than 20 meters from traffic lights or to erect scrolling or rotating billboards.
