Experts believe that this latest crisis showed there is a need to set up a joint interior and public order ministry and a separate environment ministry. Have these events changed your views on this? As I have repeatedly said, our goal is, when conditions allow it, to move toward a smaller and more flexible government. The question of when and how this might happen will require particular care and study.
