Planned transfer…

Members of the Communist Party (KKE) gathered in the western port of Astakos yesterday to voice their opposition to US plans to ship munitions to Israel from there. Some confusion had arisen after two US officials gave different reasons for the cancellation of the planned transfer. But a Pentagon official explained that Greece ‘had some objection to offloading the shipment in the country.’
