Effective method

The Vatican’s decision to return fragments of Parthenon sculptures to Greece is yet another strong precedent for claiming the marbles kept in the British Museum. 

Experience has shown that the only effective way is a method based mainly on legal strategy, and not on conviction and emotion, which leads to fruitless excesses.

After all, the British Museum is constantly losing allies and arguments.
