Political violence has to end
The hypocritical myth of good and bad political violence must end. Molotov cocktails, beatings, organized ?impulsive? abuse, raids against immigrants and those with different opinions at universities are equally fascist and deplorable whether stemming from the extreme left or extreme right of the political spectrum. No political entity should be allowed to enjoy immunity from prosecution when its members and supporters use or sanction violence as a means of political expression.
Unacceptable extreme-right phenomena are the natural development in a culture which allows protesters to throw bombs, block streets and burn police vehicles.
The indifference and tolerance of violence displayed by the irresponsible and criminally acting leaders of the former Ministry of Public Order paved the way for every single lunatic, fanatic and extremist to savagely violate the law knowing that they would go unpunished. This regime has to stop, otherwise the country will never calm down, nor will it be entitled to claim its place within the close-knit European family.
