THESSALONIKI FAIR: Thessaloniki, 4 – Thousands of people gave a rousing welcome this morning to the prime minister, Field Marshal Alexandros Papagos, who arrived by train at 8.50 a.m. from Athens accompanied by the minister for public works, Constantine Karamanlis, for finance, Constantine Papayiannis, for trade, Panayis Papaligouras, and the minister to the prime minister, Georgios P.
