The Saint Andrew?s Society: Dancing in spring

The Saint Andrew?s Society: Dancing in spring The Saint Andrew?s Society, a community group representing Athens?s Scots, holds cultural and charitable events throughout the year. The society is gearing up for its annual Chieftain?s Evening and will be announcing a spring date and the location of the event soon. The evening, which will be hosted at a selected restaurant, will include food as well as an open bar and will feature both traditional Scottish and modern dancing. Proceeds from Saint Andrew?s Society events go to a selection of Greek charities.

The group is also running free Scottish dancing sessions, to which everyone, both society members and non-members, is invited. The dancing sessions are held on the first Wednesday of every month and usually take place at the St Catherine’s British Embassy School in Lykovrissi.
