Participants can follow the general track (Business Administration) or opt for one of five majors offered (Marketing and Strategy; Finance; International Business; Entrepreneurship & New Business Development; Technology, Logistics & Operations) by selecting from approximately 40 different elective courses.
Two of the outstanding features of the program are the Personal Skills Development Program (PSDP) and the Immersion Project. The PSDP is a year-long program that runs in parallel with the other courses and allows students to improve their “soft skills” (e.g. stress management, time management, leadership, team-building, emotional intelligence) through a variety of pedagogical activities.
The Immersion Project enables students to apply in practice what they have learnt in the MBA by collaborating with companies and fellow students in a range of alternative activities. In the Field Study Project, students get the opportunity to immerse themselves in a business environment by working for three months on a real-company problem. A significant number of students get job offers during this period. An International Internship enables valuable experience to be gained in a new field and new country. An Entrepreneurial Project or a CSR Action are other alternatives that provide unique learning experiences.
The curriculum dynamically evolves to match the trends of the ever-changing market and to prepare students for the most sought-after jobs. MBA International students are among the first MBA students in Europe to be fully trained on SEO, Web Analytics, Pay-per-Click, Social Media, eCommerce Conversion Optimization and On-line PR and prepare themselves for more than 20 new job roles, such as eCommerce manager, Social Media Manager, Conversion Manager, SEO expert, Web Analyst, SEM Campaign Manager, among others.
Besides the broad curriculum, students participate in a number of extracurricular activities that aim to develop further their personal or professional interests, as well as their networking, such as company days, career days, business games and competitions, athletic events and others.
The program uses fully online technologies from the application process, through the course registration and follow-up provisions, up to the administrative support and the online availability of educational material. At the same time, the program’s faculty and staff are always happy to provide their continuous and direct support to participants.
