Olympiakos swoops for Ideye and Hernani
Nigerian international striker Brown Ideye signed for Greek champion Olympiakos ending an unhappy spell at English Premier League outfit West Bromwich Albion, for whom he was its record signing.
The 26-year-old – capped 25 times but who failed to make the squad for last year's World Cup finals – scored just seven times in 31 appearances for the English side after joining it for 10 million pounds last year.
Olympiakos has also taken Portuguese forward Hernani on loan from Porto.
The 24-year-old has scored twice in eight matches this season for Porto – he only joined it from Vitoria Guimaraes in the summer.
