PAOK coach Giorgos Kostikos…

PAOK coach Giorgos Kostikos (photo), a former star player at the Thessaloniki club, resigned his post yesterday following his team’s 2-1 away loss against Larissa last Saturday, which left PAOK in sixth place. Kallithea coach Ilie Dumitrescu is being slated as a likely replacement. Kostikos was one of two first-division coaches to go in a day. Josef Bubenko, coach of struggling Panionios, also lost his job yesterday.
