Infant found dead in Patissia
The parents of a five-day-old infant that was found dead in the inner courtyard of an apartment building in Patissia, downtown Athens, were being questioned by police on Wednesday.
The infant was discovered by police in the early hours of the day and it appears to have fallen or been dropped from the fifth-floor apartment in which its parents live.
The couple were being questioned to ascertain whether they had any involvement in their baby’s death.
