Spouse remanded for husband’s murder
A 38-year-old woman was remanded in custody on Wednesday over charges of allegedly murdering her husband, a 42-year-old ship captain, in Ermionida in the Peloponnese.
The victim was found fatally shot in the couple’s home in December 2014.
Reports suggested the suspect denies all charges, arguing that an initial confession during police questioning was coerced.
