In association with the International Foundation for Greece (IFG), the City of Athens Cultural, Sport & Youth Organization is putting together a concert on Monday, March 28, whose proceeds will go toward refugees. The lineup includes Eleftheria Arvanitaki, Eleonora Zouganeli, Yiannis Kotsiras, Lavrentis Machairitsas, Panos Mouzourakis, George Dalaras and Mario Frangoulis. Also taking part in the charity concert is the City of Athens Greek Music Workshop Ensemble, led by Christos Halkias. The event will be presented by director Dimitris Lignadis. Proceeds will be handled by the City of Athens Homeless Shelter, KYADA, which works hard to ease the plight of refugees. Starts at 8.30 p.m. and admission ranges from 12 to 65 euros (9 euros for students).
