The Athens Concert Hall is hosting the Athens State Orchestra in works by Petros Petridis, Claude Debussy and Richard Strauss on Friday, May 6. The performance is part of the ensemble’s “On the Threshold of the 20th Century” series. German cellist Gabriel Schwabe, viola soloist Paris Anastasiadis and the ERT Choir will be joining the orchestra on stage. The orchestra is led by Stefanos Tsialis. The concert starts at 8.30 p.m. while an introductory talk for ticket-holders will take place at 7.45 p.m. Prices for tickets range from 10 to 25 euros (5 euros reduced).
