Stournaras’s wife lodges complaint over office raid
Lina Nikolopoulou-Stournara, who is married to Bank of Greece Governor Yannis Stournaras, lodged a complaint Friday with the Supreme Court over a recent raid on the offices of her communications company Mindwork Business Solutions.
Anti-corruption prosecutors inspected the offices on September 15 in connection to the ongoing probe into the alleged mismanagement of funds at the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (KEELPNO).
However, the businesswoman insists that the raid was illegal as there are no documents that indicate she or her company are under investigation. She adds in her complaint that the warrant did not list any specific crime that is alleged to have been committed.
