Former LAOS MP makes full recovery

Former right-wing LAOS MP Thanasis Plevris left hospital Friday after recovering from near-fatal septic shock caused by a severe respiratory infection.

The lawyer, who contracted the infection while undergoing a routine medical procedure three weeks ago, has called for an investigation into reports that many hospitals are “germ-infested.”
