The French Institute will be screening a production by the famed Comedie-Francaise on Friday, January 26, as part of an initiative by the theater company to reach out to a wider global audience. Starting at 7.30 p.m., the screening will be of Edmond Rostand’s chivalric romance “Cyrano de Bergerac,” directed by Denis Podalydes, with sets by Eric Ruf and costumes by Christian Lacroix. The production is in French and will be screened with Greek subtitles. Admission is free of charge.
