Heracles: A Timeless Hero | Athens | To October 31

Artist Pavlos Samios pays tribute to one of the most popular heroes in Greek mythology in a series of paintings titled “Heracles: A Timeless Hero,” which is being presented to the public for the first time as a complete collection. On display at the Numismatic Museum, the show of 19 modern paintings inspired by the Twelve Labors of Heracles includes more than 300 antiquities representing themes associated with the legendary hero, some of which are being shown for the first time. Opening hours are Wednesdays to Mondays from 8.30 a.m. to 3.15 p.m. and admission costs 3 euros.
