Police find abducted businessman alive and well [Update]

Aabducted businessman Emmanouil Karamolengos, who was snatched from his home near his company's headquarters in Koropi, eastern Attica on Tuesday night, has been found alive and well, Skai reported.

According to sources, the 60-year-old owner and chief executive officer of Karamolengos Bakery was found less than 24 hours after he was kidnapped by two assailants.

Reports suggested that he was being held at a rural location in Keratea, also eastern Attica, and that he managed to convince one of his captors to let him go and turn himself into authorities.

Skai said that one of the two kidnappers has been taken into custody.
