Kilkis school principal arrested for child pornography

The principal of a primary school in Kilkis, northern Greece, his son and another six people were detained on Tuesday as part of a nationwide sweep by police in a bid to crack down on the possession and trade of child pornography.

The suspects -- aged between 25 and 53, and arrested in Attica, Kilkis, Thessaloniki and Limnos -- were allegedly found in possession of particularly hardcore digital material involving children being sexually abused.
