Official Hungarian VIP visit
The week to come brings some pleasant responsibilities for the Hungarian ambassador to Athens, Saba Korosi (whose name is pronounced Tsaba Keressi), and his wife Edith. Hungarian President Ferenc Madl is arriving with his wife Dagma on an official visit at the invitation of President of the Republic Costis Stephanopoulos. Madl will be received in accordance the standard protocol for official visits to the Presidential Palace, with a red carpet in Irodou Attikou Street and the presidential guard of honor on Tuesday, September 23. That evening, the Greek president will host an official dinner for the visiting president, and on Wednesday, Madl will respond by inviting the Greek president, officials and embassy staff to a dinner accompanied by Hungarian violin music at the Hilton Hotel.
