The City of Athens is hosting the summer edition of its already successful Athens Food Market, through Sunday, July 2, at Klafthmonos Square in the center of the capital. Here you’ll find some of the capital's most renowned chefs dishing up original creations at prices that won't leave anyone out of pocket. Some big chains, including Algida, Ben & Jerry's and Scandal ice cream, as well as Fix beer, will be setting up their own food courts, while popular restaurants, such as Sushi Q and Polly Maggoo, will be serving their signature dishes. Admission is free of charge and opening times are noon to 10 p.m.from Sunday to Thursday and noon to midnight on Friday and Saturday.
