Mercedes-Benz Hellas to be bought by Emil Frey

Vehicle seller Mercedes-Benz Hellas will be acquired by Swiss group Emil Frey, it was announced Thursday.

The acquisition will be finalized by the first quarter of 2023.

Emil Frey is the largest vehicle sales network in Europe, with over 620,000 sales in 2021.
