Only one bid made for Argostoli Marina

The board of directors of the Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (TAIPED) on Wednesday announced it had received only one bid in a tender for the concession of port operation services (berthing and other services) and the right to use, operate, manage and develop Argostoli Marina.

The pre-selected investment scheme is Α1 Yacht Trade Consortium SA. The duration of the concession is 40 years, while the fund has the option to extend the duration of the concession for a maximum of 10 additional years.

The marina is in the Gulf of Argostoli, on the southwest coast of the island of Kefalonia, approximately 11 kilometers from the island’s Anna Pollatou International Airport. Its capacity is estimated at 174 berths with the land zone extending to approximately 46,000 square meters.
