Covid infections drop to 4,345, deaths to 63

Health authorities announced a drop in new Covid infections to 4,345 for the 24-hour period ending 3 p.m. Saturday from 4,766 the day before.
The National Organization for Public Health (EODY) also announced 63 deaths compared to 85 on Friday.
The number of patients on ventilators remained unchanged at 684.
Since the start of the pandemic, there have been 1,031,239 confirmed coronavirus cases, with 19,799 fatalities.
