OASA launches chatbot to support customer enquiries

Greek public transport operator OASA has launched a chatbot on its webpage (www.oasa.gr) which provides conversational access to information about its services.

The chatbot, which taps on artificial intelligence (AI), can assist customers on queries related to bus ticket prices, specific routes, departure and arrival timing.

The service is still in pilot mode.
