Moderate quakes rattle the city of Patra, western Greece

An earthquake rattled the city of Patra and other areas in the Achaia region, western Greece at approximately 11.25 a.m. on Sunday. 

According to the Geodynamic Institute of the National Observatory of Athens, the earthquake had a 3.2 magnitude and its epicenter was located 13 kilometers south of Kato Achaia town, Peloponnese.

Another earthquake was felt in the early hours of Sunday, at approximately 3 a.m., in the same region, with a 3.0 magnitude and an epicenter located 18 kilometers northeastern of the city of Patras. 

No injuries or damage have been reported.
