Scuffles in Thessaloniki after student rally

Scuffles broke out in Thessaloniki in northern Greece on Thursday, after a student rally against the establishment of private universities in the country.
Hooded protesters threw stones and firebombs to the police who responded with extensive use of tear gas on the grounds of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
Riot police entered the university campus and at least seven people have been detained.
