Two Turkish nationals arrested with gun in car

Two Turkish nationals of Kurdish origin were arrested in central Athens on Thursday morning after police found a handgun in their car.
The two suspects were apprehended after a police chase on 3rd Septemvriou Street, in Exarcheia. Both were taken to the police headquarters GADA.
Authorities were investigating a series of car arsons in the same area this morning but so far they do not believe that the suspects were involved.
