Crete man admits to fatal stabbing

A 24-year-old man facing a murder charge in connection to the death on Monday of 21-year-old Yiannis Rousakis confessed to stabbing the young man during a fierce pitched battle between rival soccer club fans on the island of Crete, police said on Wednesday.

Authorities are seeking a 22-year-old who is also facing murder charges for Rousakis?s death.

Meanwhile, the parents of three of minors involved in the violent brawl were also charged with dereliction and released pending a hearing.
