Shopping hours extended for festive season
Stores in Athens are extending their business hours in view of the Christmas holidays as of Thursday. Stores will be open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. on weekdays until December 30 and will close at 6 p.m. on Saturday, December 17, 24 and 31.
On Sunday, December 18, Christmas shopping will be conducted from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., while shops will be closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, on New Year?s Day and on January 2.
Regular shopping hours will resume on January 3.
