Lavrentiadis given more time to give evidence
Businessman and main shareholder in Proton Bank Lavrentis Lavrentiadis, who is being investigated over allegedly questionable loans of some 700 million euros made by the lender to his group of companies, was on Thursday given until January 30 to give evidence.
First instance prosecutor Yiannis Dragatsis gave Lavrentiadis more time to prepare his defense after also charging him with embezzlement.
