Munitions blast charges for Cypriot ex-ministers

Cyprus?s former foreign and defense ministers, Markos Kyprianou and Costas Papacostas, were charged with manslaughter on Monday in connection with a munitions blast in July that knocked out the country?s main power plant.

A total of eight officials have been charged over the accident.
