Draft bill seeks charges for blocking tollgates

A provision in a new bill being drafted by the Transport and Infrastructure Ministry foresees jail terms of at least three months for anyone blocking access to tollgates, it emerged on Monday.

The aim of the provision is to avert efforts by citizens encouraging the nonpayment of toll charges.
